Information you provide

When you create an account, contact our team, book services or place an order, we use the details you provide to manage your account, respond, process your request and deliver your purchase. These may include your email, order and booking details, shipping information and messages. Do not send passwords or card numbers in chat.

Customer conversations

Chat with us is a private conversation with the Rich Row team. Your messages are stored so you and authorized administrators can read and reply to them. Signing in is required. Replies appear in the conversation; response times vary.

Providers and payments

We use Supabase for account and data services, Render for our console server, GitHub Pages for public hosting, and Cloudflare for website delivery and the AI guide. Stripe processes payments. Enter card information only on Stripe’s secure checkout. Providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services.

Music, video and AI

Embedded Spotify and YouTube players and other third-party services may receive information when they load or when you interact with them, under their own privacy policies. Questions sent to Rich Row AI are processed by Cloudflare to generate responses. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information with the AI.

Browser storage

The site uses browser storage and session information for sign-in, your cart and interface preferences. Clearing storage may sign you out or clear your cart. Your browser provides controls for cookies and stored website data.

Advertising

Google AdSense advertising is not currently enabled. Before enabling advertising, we will update this notice with applicable advertising, cookie and consent information and provide the required privacy choices.

Your choices and questions

Contact richrowrecords@gmail.com for questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion. Some transaction records may need to be retained to handle orders, disputes or legal obligations. Please do not send identity documents unless we request an appropriate verification method.
